Free lecture at Spaulding Framingham aims to help runners stay strong from Hopkinton to Boston
 The Spaulding Outpatient Center Framingham is hosting a free Marathon lecture, specifically for Boston Marathon participants.  The lecture, “Running the Boston Marathon,” will be held on Jan. 25 at Spaulding Framingham from 6:30 to 8 p.m., will focus on the importance of strength training and includes an individualized strength test to develop exercises to help runners with their training.
